Day 2 Owalu and Sailing
We got up after Breyden took Jennie into work. I should say I got up then. Adam was up early and read scriptures and stretched out some more. He was up before the sun and got some great sunrise pictures.
We went whale watching again as we motored over to Owalu beach to snorkel. I love watching the whales because they are so peaceful and the babies are learning and playful. Their escort protects them and they stay in their family units.
It was cloudy all day and I didn't snorkel but Adam and Breyden got in for a little bit. They got out when knily called for Adam to tell her how to use the tractor so she could plow the driveway.
Then we headed back and put the sails out. Not sure how it happened but the line snapped on the big sail and Brayden went into emergency mode. He started winding it up by hand while Adam took the helm. I finally sent him down to help but didn't know how to correct the wheel when we hit a big swell and the wind gust turned us off course. Breyden put it in auto drive while they should have just fine in the first place. The two of them got the sail rolled up, but not prettily and we headed home. (To the mooring. The mooring is home 😆)
I have been so jetlagged and tired that I have just laid around and listened to an audiobook.
