Lennon's Baby Blessing

The day after we got home from Branson MO, I hurried and put up as much Christmas as I could, it wasn't much because I started getting body aches and fever. I had a really rough night, but got up the next morning and drive to Sierra's to help her with the kiddos while Trevor was gone in a business trip, and to help her prep for Lennon's baby blessing. 

The drive up was rough being so sick, but I made it and Sierra wanted me there anyway since they had all been sick too. 

I got to hold and snuggle my grandbabies while Sierra accomplished so much! She put up the outside lights and we hung her pictures in the walls and finished her Christmas decorations. 

Trevor got home Thurs night and Adam brought the girls up too. Ray, Lana, Heidi, and Brennan flew in that night as well. We were all going to stay in the hotel there, but I was sick and settled in Lennon's room, so the girls stayed in the hotel and Adam stayed with me. Which worked out beautifully.

Friday night we all went out to dinner together and played games. Saturday Sierra planned the Christmas party with spaghetti and games. Trevor's Dad arrived and joined us that night.

Sunday Trevor's sisters came for the blessing and for lunch after. Sierra originally planned to eat at the church, but we decided to just do it at their house. They were concerned about being able to fit everyone but there was plenty of room and it was really nice. We made a cute photo wall and got lots of great pictures with Lennon who slept through the whole thing! I was getting pretty concerned that she was sleeping so much, then the fever hit. She was so sick and achy, poor Sierra was so worried! And of course, the next day I was supposed to leave! I felt so bad for getting Lennon sick and then leaving! 

Sierra ended up taking her to the urgent care after we left, who sent her to the ER, who sent them up to Madison to the Children's hospital.

She had COVID and slight pneumonia. They didn't do anything for her, then after Sierra had to Uber home, the fever finally broke and she started improving.
