Day 5 UnBeliezable

For our last excursion, we got up early and got off the ship at Harvest Caye. We took a boat for about 20 mins to Belieze, then got on a bus for an hour to the rainforest where we went river tubing. 

We had a little drama when Denali never got a chance to get in the bathroom before we left and had to ask all over for a tampon. The bus driver even stopped at a store for us but they only had pads. 

The river was pretty high so the float went faster than we expected. It was cloudy and the water was cold so when the guide stopped us to swim no one wanted to, and we were the first ones down. But it was so beautiful and really fun. We hit 5 small rapids along the way.

Then we bussed and boated back to the ship by 1, ate lunch and while everyone napped Kinley and I went back out to Port to do some shopping. I got my traditional ornament, Kinley got stickers and hot sauce, a dress, and Belizean chocolate. There was a little wildlife refuge as well as a butterfly enclosure. We enjoyed the beach and shopping together and everyone was still asleep when we got back onboard so we got a short nap as well. Then we ate at the buffet and chose to watch a movie in our room.
