Day 2-4 KOA Convention - San Antonio TX

Monday Adam and I were off to convention. We are staying at the Perennial Vacation Club in Bandera TX, which turned out to be an hour away from San Antonio. Adam made the drive each morning and evening when we were so exhausted that I immediately feel asleep. Poor guy!
The girls stayed behind and enjoyed sleeping in and laying by the pool.
Monday we went by bus to the San Antonio KOA for workshops that were pretty boring, but it included lunch.. So I ate. Adam couldn't eat chicken salad sandwiches due to the mayo.
That was considered a pre convention workshop that I didn't know Adam had signed up for. I can't stand convention, let alone pre convention!! Lol!!

Then that night was the opening fiesta at Rita's on the River. We are street tacos in the Riverwalk level, quesadilla in the street level, and fajitas in the 2nd level. It was fun with a Mariachi band and great service.
We had to walk up and down the Riverwalk which was fun. This is our 3rd time to San Antonio and we have lived it every time!
The Star Gazer

Tuesday was breakfast, opening ceremony and workshops,  then lunch and workshops. We left early and skipped out on the night of karaoke and drinking.
Wednesday was more food more classes and the expo.
One of our employees from Vernal Utah lives in San Antonio now, so we met up with him and all went to dinner at the Rainforest Cafe which was Denali's pick...
Adam and I have been eating so much all week I didn't get anything to eat. Adam got a kids meal with Denali which everyone got a kick out of but he said his burgers (which came plain) were really good
