Maui Day 6 - Airport Beach

Beach Day! We are getting so much sun! We are living a whole summer in just over 3 weeks! We took our time getting up,  then Breyden picked us up abs we went over to airport beach near Lahaina.  Everyone swam and snorkeled and played in the sand.  I almost got in,  but chickened out when it came to putting my face in the water.. so,  I enjoyed sitting under the umbrella in the soft breeze and took pictures of everyone.

In the afternoon a helicopter flew over several times and dropped flowers out in the sky. It turned out it was at the Westin, they were celebrating 20 years.  The girls caught a bunch of flowers Ave put them in the hair - or rather, Hydee's hair.

Breyden packed some shovels and buckets, so he and Brin made a sand castle.

We enjoyed a beautiful day,  even though we didn't see a single whale! Adam and the girls said they heard them under water so we know they are there,  they just don't surface as much until they have their babies in January. 

Adam loves snorkeling. He spent almost the whole day out in the water.  I think he had found his hobby.
