San Diego - Sea World
Our first day in San Diego we went to Sea World. The girls didn't know where we were going so when we were driving there Hydee squealed and said "I saw the sign!" She was so excited. She has never been to the beach or seen the ocean so this trip had been so special for her. That is part of the reason why we decided to bring her along.
We bought two food passes with the admission so we got 2 meals, drinks and dessert every 90 mins. We split them all in 3rds and no one was hungry. We actually missed one because no one was hungry and the dolphin show was starting.
We rode all the rides and it was not crowded so the longest wait was under 10 minutes. The girls all loved the sea aquariums as much a the rides. Everyone was happy (even though they were all on periods) and we just had a prefect day.
Denali really wanted to get selected for the dolphin show and waited eagerly at the front but wasn't chosen, so when we went to the orca show and they asked Hydee and Denali to be in the show it made their whole day! However, they didn't realize what the had volunteered for. They got soaked! The water was so cold that we sent them to the air dryer to warm up before we left. Fortunately, it was at the end of the day since the park closed at 5pm.
