Flagstaff AZ -Day 2

Sunday morning we were up bright and early to get on a Grand Canyon Bus Tour. We drove from Flagstaff (others started in Sedona) to Cameron to the Trading Post. Kinley bought stickers,  and I found an ornament. Adam bought everyone fry bread which was super yummy but made everyone so sick!  By the time we got to the Desert Valley Tower Hydee was on the bathroom with it coming out both ends.  She was afraid of heights but went up the tower with Adam and Denali. 

We entered in the East entrance and made several stops for pictures. We stopped at Brady Bunch Butte and Duck on a Rock.  Brady Bunch filmed an episode there and Duck on a Rock was named by Theodore Roosevelt. 

 

Then we stopped at Bright Angel Point for lunch at the cafeteria. They had several different types of food like pizza, Mexican, Chinese, etc. You ordered and then paid for all your food at 1 register then sat at the tables.  It was like a food court but one restaurant. Adam and Nali pizza, Kinley and I got Mexican, I got tamales and mexican rice and Kinley got a taco salad and we split it.  Hydee and Brin also had a taco salad.

Then we walked it off by checking out the art gallery and a short hike. 

Then we headed  home.  When we all got home we all took turns in the bathroom and laid down. We wanted to go to the Lowell Planetarium where they discovered Pluto, but since we didn't feel great we went to the activity center and played pool and video games.
