Day 5 - Pagosa Springs

Today started out slow. I slept in and then the girls did some school. We left around 2 to go to Treasure Falls.

It was only a half mile hike but it was uphill the whole side of the mountain. I miss the mountains and the smell of pine trees!

Also it was really cold on this side of the mountain.

On the way back we stopped downtown at the riverwalk where there were lots of small hot springs. It was so cold I voted not to get in my swimsuit but the others braved the 50 degrees and warmed up quickly. 

And yes,  it smelled like sulphur! Everyone came home and showered to get the smell off. 

We had Mongolian for dinner and relaxed.
