Adam's Birthday
We got up in the morning and drive to shore. We went to Costco to get Adam some nice shirts and then tried to go to a funky thrift store that was closed, "in solidarity of the National protest against ICE violence."
So then we drove south east to Paia where they had a couple of streets with beach shops and restaurants. It was pretty bougie but it was fun. I got an ornament for my tree and we got yummy ice cream while B and Jennie got a curry chicken wrap. It was such a cute town and a fun afternoon. That we had to hurry back to the boat to dress for dinner but didn't get time to shower.
Every year we go somewhere for our anniversary and every year it overlaps with Adam's birthday but we don't usually make a big deal out of it. This year I asked Breyden to get us tickets to the Lahaina Luau. They are pricey so we have never done it before and I personally have always wanted to since I was a girl and went to the Polynesian center on Oahu. It was so fun! It was something Breyden and Jennie had never done either so it was especially fun to do it with them.

The food was so yummy! Plus they gave us mini banana bread loaves to take home.
What was really funny was riding the dingy into the harbor with big waves. We wore our rain jackets and towels. Jennie tucked her dress up into her jacket with biker shorts underneath.
We all got a big kick out of it.
